Not many people visit this blog, I'm sorry to say. But I am glad for those who do. Once in a great while, a visitor will send me an email about something I have written here. It's nice to know you are out there.
When I was a boy, I never kept a diary. As an adult, I have never kept a diary. My blogs, and I have several, now serves as my diaries, the diaries of a Senior Citizen.
How senior am I? Glad you asked! I will turn 67 on Sept. 19, 2007. Pushing 70! Hard to believe, at least for me.
How do I feel? Very good. My doctors tell me that I am in better condition than I have a right to be because I am overweight, or fat, as I used to say about overweight people when I was a kid. I want to lose weight and "plan" to start an exercise regimen August 1st.
Spending some time every day working on my web sites and blogs, writing emails, surfing the Internet keep me busy, and, I think, keep me alert.
Do I feel 67? No, I don't think so. How old do I feel? Hard to say. I just saw Kimberly Guilfoyle wearing a red dress on FoxNews, looking absolutely fantastic and as sexy as ever. That's how I feel right now! And that's a great feeling!
Now it's time for breakfast, a bowl of Cheerios with a sliced banana on top. That's what I liked for breakfast 60 years ago, that's what I like today.
So it goes!
